We currently have two Triaxe mobility scooters available for rent. Availability is limited, so we recommend reserving early to secure your dates.

2. What is the weight limit of the scooters?
Each Triaxe mobility scooter has a 350 lb weight capacity.

3. Are your scooters allowed on cruise ships?
Yes. Our scooters are FAA compliant and are commonly accepted by cruise lines. Guests are responsible for confirming their cruise line’s specific requirements prior to booking.

4. Where do you deliver and pick up the scooter?
We deliver and pick up directly at Port Canaveral on embarkation and debarkation day.

5. How will I find my scooter at delivery?
On embarkation day, we’ll text you a photo showing exactly where your scooter is placed, typically near passenger drop-off inside your cruise terminal.

6. Do I need to transport the scooter myself?
No. We handle delivery and pickup so you don’t need to transport the scooter or lift heavy equipment.

7. How long can I rent a scooter for?
Scooters are rented for the duration of your cruise. Minimum rental periods may apply depending on availability.

8. Are the scooters easy to use?
Yes. Our scooters are easy to operate, foldable, and come fully charged. We provide simple instructions before your cruise.

9. What happens at the end of the cruise?
When your cruise returns to Port Canaveral, simply text us a photo of the mobility scooter and the numbered spot where it’s parked. We’ll handle pickup so you can disembark smoothly.

10. Is a deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned once the scooter is picked up and inspected.

11. What if the scooter is damaged?
Renters are responsible for the scooter during the rental period. Any damage beyond normal wear may be deducted from the security deposit.

12. What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation policies are outlined during booking. Please review them carefully before reserving.

13. Who is responsible for confirming cruise line approval?
Guests are responsible for ensuring the scooter meets their cruise line’s policies and requirements.

14. How do I charge the scooter?
Charging is simple. The scooter includes a standard charging cable that can be plugged into a regular wall outlet in your cruise cabin. We deliver each scooter fully charged and will review charging instructions with you before your cruise.
